Special Rules
Ancient Enemies
Shoot into combat! What are the odds you'll kill a D8 dwarf? |
“The Hordes of Hell are upon us!”
These rules should really help you to get the "jump" on enemy warbands in the first turn and bring down any numerical advantage they might have. |
A Clash of Kings
Keep track of the number of kills caused by Thranduil and Dain. If, at the start of a turn, either model has the same or fewer kills compared to the other, they will count as a 6” banner to their Race and also apply the following effects for the rest of the turn:
Thranduil: May call a Heroic Shoot/Accuracy without spending Might. Friendly Elf models within 3” gain +1 to Wound rolls.
Dain: Gains Master of Battle. Friendly Dwarf models within 3” may reroll 1s and 2s for their Wound rolls.
Thranduil gets to enjoy the +1 to Wound for once so long as Dain goes on the rampage, and being two-handed burly rerolling 1/2s he'll be going full goblin mode! |
