WiR Scenario 5/6- Grishnakh's End/The White Wizard

NOTE: This is our first Tabletop Simulator battle report.

Merry and Pippin run aimlessly into the forest to escape the carnage of the camp. As the sounds of battle fade, they believe that they are safe. This is when a furious and wounded Grishnakh comes stomping through the bushes, yelling threats and curses. He has pride to avenge and murder in his eyes!

Grishnakh may opt to draw another card once per game, as movement for this is decided by cards.

This was played as a best of 3, with the best one written up for the winner.

Played with: CM

Grishnakh’s End

The Hobbits get to their feet but are slowed. Merry moves 3” and Pippin 2”. Grishnakh is in a jog and moves 4”.

The next turn Grishnakh sees himself getting closer and manages to sprint 6”, almost onto their heels already!

The Hobbits move. Merry goes only an inch, while Pippin panics and surges forward 4”. Grishnakh smelling blood gets priority again…

…He sprints and engages both Hobbits getting in front of them!

He wins the fight and lands a wound on Pippin rolling 4 and 3, then uses a might to score a 2nd! Pippin is smacked to the floor and lies injured.

Grishnakh gets another priority and attacks Merry again, scoring another wound. But Merry saves it with fate. But the following turn the orc once again gets priority and causes the second wound, Merry is also down. As Grishnakh triumphantly draws his knife, the Hobbits’ shrieking causes Treebeard to stir. Grishnakh sees this and squeals, before turning tail and fleeing into the forest, never to be seen again. Presumably, he was slain by an ent.
